We know that you appreciated a clean cottage when you arrived and we would appreciate your consideration for the next guests. We also recognize that there may be the odd accidental breakage, especially dishes or glasses, but please let us know if anything has been lost or broken so we can replace it before our next guests arrive. At that time it was extensively remodeled and brought up to building code. Many new windows and all of the mechanicals were updated or added. A shallow basement was added so a new forced air gas furnace could be installed. Throughout the renovation the cottage character and charm were retained.
